At illustration inc. I’ll use my graphic design skills to craft and create visual content to communicate your message. My expertise includes: typography, color, layout, and photo retouching. On top of the skills above have experience in photography. What sets me apart from most designers is my drawing and illustration talents. All of the above assets allow me to translate ideas into design in a way that is engaging and effective.
Built Environment
I engage in diverse projects including designing and building furniture, and building modern cabinetry. I have capabilities in finish carpentry and I'm proficient mechanically. I've even built a cedar strip sea kayak. These types of projects fulfil my love of being outdoors, moving, curiosity, making and learning.

I excel at visual storytelling, transforming ideas, concepts, and narratives into captivating images. My work covers a broad range of styles and techniques, from traditional hand-drawn sketches to modern digital artwork. Additionally, I've written, designed, illustrated, and letterpress printed a children's book. Through working together we can clarify complex information; evoking emotions to create powerful visual communication as we think about your audience.

With over 20 years of experience, I combine a unique illustration style with graphic design. Additionally, what I have to offer is a mechanical and production background. Linking the above with my common sense chops will allow us to hold a productive conversation about your next project.
I love to learn and I'm curious about how to make things, especially art in its many forms. My gift is illustration, and I've been fortunate to study at a world-class design college.
